Dear Retina Society Member:

We are writing in regard to the 41^st Annual Meeting of the Retina Society to be held at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Hotel, Scottsdale, AZ, September 25-28, 2008. We anticipate exhilarating scientific offerings, extensive corporate exhibits, and exciting social events. 

ABSTRACTS:  Please submit your abstract online at www.x-cd.com/retina/abstract.cfm. By indicating Paper or Poster, you will allow the Program Committee greater flexibility in determining how your presentation would best suit the program. If you prefer to limit consideration to paper or poster only, be sure to check appropriate box, however, the Program Committee may not be able to honor your request depending on the overall structure of the meeting.  Be sure to print, complete and submit the Financial Interest Disclosure form or your abstract submission will not be accepted.

Please note only one paper or poster per member, as a presenter or co-author of a nonmember presenter, can be accepted. The exception is that you may sponsor one fellow for the Fellowship Research /Margherio Awards (all candidates will be considered for both awards) as well as one nonmember.

DEADLINE: Please submit your abstract by April 1, 2008.

GUESTS PRESENTING PAPERS/POSTERS: One nonmember and/or fellow-in-training coauthor may present a paper or poster ONLY if the member is in attendance at the meeting. If the member is not in attendance, then the presentation will be withdrawn.
