Thank you for your interest in membership in the Retina Society.
An application is considered complete when we have received the following:
- Completed Application form including:
- Completed Sponsors' Evaluation Forms (which will be sent to them when we receive their names from you)
The Credentials Committee employs an objective grading system that includes consideration of vitreoretinal training, surgical and laser volume, academic appointments, teaching activities, research activities,
publications (peer-reviewed articles and books/book chapters), and overall strength of application. After receiving the completed application and other supporting materials, the Credentials Committee meets to review
applications, and yours will be considered at that time. The deadline for receipt of materials is November 1 in order to be considered for the next calendar year.
