Dear Corporate Supporters:

We are preparing for an exciting meeting in NY! In addition to a record number of abstract submissions, we are also sold out of exhibitor space. We understand that many sponsors still want to attend, and we will have limited ability to allow sponsorship without exhibit space for companies who want to attend the meeting.

If you wish to support the meeting and can do so without booth/table space, please feel free to register; your representatives would still be included in the meeting.  The registration rates would remain the same, i.e., a benefactor would pay $15,000 and have 4 representatives attend the meeting, but no booth.

We hope you will still plan to join us in NY.  Please feel free to contact Judy Keenan at, or 617-227-8767 for further information.

Program Committee

Welcome, Exhibitors

We would like to take this opportunity to thank those supporters who have exhibited at past meetings, the success of which have been due in large measure to the energetic participation of companies such as yours that provide products and services critical to practicing vitreoretinal specialists.

The Society seeks to showcase all the aspects of our specialty in the annual meeting, and we extend a warm invitation to past exhibitors as well as to those considering exhibiting for the first time. Exciting scientific offerings, corporate exhibits, outstanding social events, and a spectacular venue guarantee that the upcoming meeting will be a memorable highlight of the retinal calendar.

We hope that you will join us for this meeting in exciting New York City. If you need any further information, feel free to contact Judy Cerone Keenan at or (617) 227-8767.

Deadline to register is June 1, 2023

Meeting Attendance

The Retina Society has a current membership of 740 highly accomplished and respected vitreoretinal specialists from around the world. The meeting is open to members with one nonmember physician guest, as well as fellows-in-training. Attendance at the last three live Retina Society meetings has averaged over 352 vitreoretinal surgeons.

Meeting Venue

Our meeting will be held at the newly renovated InterContinental Barclay, in the heart of the city. Exhibit space is extremely limited, and you may opt to support the meeting, but not have a booth in whichever
support level you request. However, if you do wish booth space, we highly recommend early registration as acceptance will be on a first-come, first-served and level of support basis. Single booths are 8x10 feet. Due to the space restrictions, we cannot allow oversized booths, as we have in the past. However, you may purchase two booths side-by-side. This option too will be limited to the highest level of support in order to allow for more companies to join us. Thank you for understanding.

Meeting Format

This meeting will begin on Wednesday, October 11th with the annual Interesting Retinal Cases and Videos Program and first scientific session, and will run for three additional days, with scientific sessions on two full-days Thursday and Friday, and a half-day on Saturday. During the scientific sessions, continental breakfast and morning and afternoon coffee breaks will be held inside the exhibit room for maximum interchange. Early registration will help ensure optimal booth location.

Exhibit Fees

Single booths are 8x10 feet. We are happy to report that exhibit fees will remain at the 2022 rates. To accommodate the broadest range of exhibitors, we are offering exhibit fees at $15,000, $30,000, $45,000, $60,000, and $75,000, with a medical publisher rate of $4,000.

Lead Retrieval

A lead retrieval system by Conexsys will be utilized so that you will have on-the-spot information on attendees.

Booth Assignment

Exhibits will be located in the Empire Ballroom, with easy access to the meeting sessions in the Grand Ballroom.   Exhibit booths will be assigned according to:

  • Contribution status: Diamond, Gold Patron, Silver Patron, Patron, Benefactor, Medical Publisher
  • Date of receipt of registration
  • Previous record of exhibiting at Retina Society meetings

Should it become necessary for any reason to rearrange booths once assigned, the Society will have that option.

Show Decorator

AEX will provide show services. Information will be sent from show decorator upon registration with deposit.

Hotel registration information will be sent upon receipt of registration with deposit.
