Serving on a Committee
The Nominating Committee shall nominate, by majority vote of the membership thereof, the officers of the Society and the members of the committees of the Society to be elected by the Active Members. The nominations shall be certified to the Secretary by the President and the Secretary shall send written notice of the nominations to the Active Members at least sixty (60) days prior to the annual meeting of the Members at which such officers and committee members are to be elected. Such nominations may also be made by any five (5) Active Members by a written notice signed by such members and received by the Secretary at least thirty (30) days prior to such annual meeting. Notice of such additional nominations, if any, shall be sent by the Secretary to the Active Members at least twenty (20) days before such annual meeting. No nominations may be made except in the manner hereby established.
